Thank you for taking the time to nominate a candidate for Teacher of the Year! Please fill out this form and submit it no later than April 7, 2025.

The Teacher of the Year program is designed to recognize educators who inspire a love for learning in their students and who have distinguished themselves in the profession. The program provides us the opportunity to celebrate the talents of our educators and identify teachers who represent excellence in the profession. Nominees must be certified, full-time educators in the Milford Public Schools.

When responding to the question about why you are nominating this teacher, please respond to all of the elements of the question with specifics, to the best of your ability, to demonstrate how the teacher meets the selection criteria.
