Stibitz Farms Makers Market Application- 2024 Season
When: Sunday SEPTEMBER 22 & OCTOBER 13 |TIME: 12-3PM | INVESTMENT: $20 per day
The vendor will rent the following space: 10x10 space for $20. We are doing our best to ensure there are no more than 3 vendors with similar but not the same items. The vendor will provide their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, cash/card reader, and any other items needed to run their own booth. There will be no access to electrical provided. There is a single stall restroom available for vendor and public use. Tents are not required but recommended as this event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather (lightening/tornado) the event will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. Setup will begin at 10AM and cleanup needs to be completed by 4PM. You cannot pack up and leave before 3PM unless you sell out of all of your goods.

The Vendor agrees to the following guidelines: The vendor takes responsibility for any damages or incidents that occur at their booth. The vendor attests that all their products are authentic and handmade. The vendor will not sublet or rent out their space at any time. The vendor is responsible for any required permits, licenses, or taxes required by the state or county if required for their products. The vendor will allow photographs of booths, products, and vendors for the use of advertisement or promotion purposes.
