Crew + tip
Crew recieves $85/hr for all bookings leaving the dock. Though tipping is customary we encourage you stick to the industry standard of 10-25% of your base total. The crew works very hard to make sure everyone on board is safe & having the best time possible while creating memories to cherish for a lifetime. All crew & tip are collected before leaving dock & split between crew members on charter day.
