The following shall confirm the material terms of the agreement ("Agreement") reached by and among She Rises Studios Publishing ("Studio") and("Talent") in connection with the book deal/prospective television series/product line ("Project") based on an original concept created by the ("Studio") and ("Talent"

Terms: She Rises Studios Publishing will take responsibility for publishing the production and implementation of this book project, immediately to move forward with the publishing project. Launch Date: Based on Availability in 2024 and 2025 (book launch date to be determined during first onboarding call, the soonest is typically 9 months + from contract signature date Chapters/Manuscript Submission Date Deadline: Your Book Total Investment: $750 if paid in full or $1000 if paid in 4 monthly payments. Monthly Payments to be $250.

Chargeback and Dispute Policy: By entering into this agreement, the Talent acknowledges and agrees to the strict no-refund policy outlined herein. The Talent further agrees that in the event of any payment dispute, including but not limited to chargebacks initiated by the Talent's financial institution or any other form of dispute, the Talent shall first contact She Rises Studios Publishing ("Studio") to attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

The Talent understands and agrees that initiating a chargeback or dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with the Studio constitutes a breach of this agreement. In the event of a breach, the Talent shall be responsible for reimbursing the Studio for any fees, expenses, or losses incurred as a result of the chargeback or dispute, including but not limited to the original amount of the payment, any associated bank fees, and administrative costs.

Furthermore, the Talent acknowledges that any attempt to dispute a payment in violation of this agreement may result in legal action being taken against the Talent to enforce the terms of this agreement and recover any damages incurred by the Studio. By signing this agreement, the Talent expressly waives any right to initiate a chargeback or dispute with regard to any payments made under this agreement.

Arbitration. All disputes that may arise under or with respect to this Agreement will be determined solely by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association pursuant to the procedures hereinafter set forth: In the event of a dispute, the aggrieved party shall serve upon the other parties a notice in writing requiring arbitration.
