I am aware of the dangers of attending the Kids Learn to Fish event on this particular date, May 18, 2024. I promise not to hold Baldwinsville Rotary Club, its officers, agents, or employees liable or pursue legal action against them. This waiver absolves this club of any duty for injuries sustained on the premises before to, during, or after the activity.
By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Baldwinsville Rotary Club and its volunteers completely harmless, including financial responsibility for any injuries sustained, regardless of the cause or circumstances.
I will do all in my power to obey Department of Environmental Conservation Staff and Volunteers for Baldwinsville Rotary Club. I will follow suggested safety requirements, and I will seek clarification if/when necessary.
Futhermore, I give my consent for The Baldwinsville Rotary Club to feature images of this community activity in local publications (including, but not limited to Rotary website and newsletters). I am also aware that sharing of such images with the local media (including, but not limited to newspapers and television stations and their websites and social media sites) may occur.
