PURPOSE: The following is an agreement between the client and the coach, Ruthanna Sonntag with Clarity Coaching DBA Trending Truth LLC. This relationship is a professional partnership in which both parties work together to help the client achieve desired outcomes in his/her life.
COMMITMENT: Coaching is a commitment. The best results happen as a result of consistency and follow-through. Therefore, the client is responsible to show up and put forth the effort. As a coach, Ruthanna Sonntag is committed to operating in a professional manner and maintaining the ethics and standards set by the International Coach Federation, the Board Certified Coach, and Covenant Coach Academy.
CONFIDENTIALITY: All communication is in a group format therefore it is not confidential. However, the intellectual property of each individual will remain their possession. You can glean wisdom and inspiration from the group, but you may not steal others ideas.
LIABILITY: The coach is not liable for any perceived damages that occur during the extent of the professional relationship. The client is 100% responsible for his/her well-being and success. The coach does not also assume any responsibility for results and does not guarantee success. All sales final. No refunds.
