Thank you for considering joining the Community Concern for Cats (CC4C) foster parent program. CC4C is an all-volunteer cat rescue organization dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of homeless and abandoned cats in Contra Costa County. Your willingness to open your heart and home to cats and kittens in need saves lives.
