Warranty Claim Form

Please fill out the form below in as much detail as possible. Refer to your warranty in house procedure before completing this form to see if the issue is claimable.

We will only accept one claim per submission, submitting more than once may delay your claim being processed.

- I confirm I have read through the in house warranty procedure form that was provided to me on collection of my vehicle. 

- I understand that the warranty covers me for which ever comes first either 3 months / 3000 miles on all purchases over £3000 or 1 month / 1000 miles on all purchases under £2999. 

- I understand that should the time scale have lapsed, or I have exceeded the mileage then the warranty is no longer valid.

- I understand it is my responsbility to get the vehicle to Rallysport Automotive LTD and if the vehicle is undriveable then recovery must be arranged & the cost covered by myself.

- I understand that all warranty issues must be dealt with by Rallysport Automotive's on site workshop, and third party costs are not covered. 

- I am aware of the limited warranty exclusions as per your warranty procedure form.

- I am aware courtesy cars are unavailable and failure to show for booked appointments will incur workshop charges and may void your policy.

- I understand it may take up to 2 working days to recieve a reponse to this claim form, and not to report the issue again as may delay the claim further.  Claims are processed Monday - Friday. 

Once submitted, someone from the aftersales department shall email you with workshop availabilty to get the vehicle booked in.
