Application for Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) Services

Please use this form to access the PAT Testing service that is provided by Magpie. All PAT testing is fully certified and insured.
Scope of Service:

We provide Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) services for domestic household items. This includes on-site testing at the customer's location or testing of items dropped off at our charity shop location.

Pricing:

On-site PAT Testing: Subject to quote.

Payment:

Payment is due at the time-of-service completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, invoice or other agreed-upon methods.

Scheduling:

Service scheduling is subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred service date and time.

Customer Responsibility:
