Glam Xten Collection LLC. has a strict no refund or exchange policy. We are held accountable for any mistakes that are made on the company's behalf. This includes a complaint being on file with us via our customer service team. Glam Xten Collection LLC has up to 15-20 business days including restock orders. Agreeing to this, you give up all rights to file a dispute against the company from any supporting credit/debit network using Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Navy Federal and Discover. If you do not agree you will be refunded. No Exceptions!

If your GXC order is not purchased with shipping insurance offered at time of purchase, Glam Xten Collection is not responsible if a package is lost, damaged, or stolen. Please type, "I AGREE"

Additionally, Glam Xten Collection, LLC. is a hair product and custom wig making hair company. All wigs are custom made and custom colored. Some wig colors and style will not come out the exact same each time. Bob cuts, curls and baby hair, etc. We do put our best effort to achieve and create all wigs exactly the same.

Glam Xten Collection LLC. use 10 - 16 inch bundles for blunt cut bobs. Sometimes the bobs or blunt cuts may come a little longer or adjusting to the actual person instead of the mannequin head

Processing times:

Bundle deals/lace/uncustomized units: (Virgin 2-3 days; Raw 7-10 business days)

Preordered custom units: 10-15 business days

Ready to ship units: Same or next day as successful order verification

We do not work Saturday-Sunday or any major federal holidays which means these days are not included in the processing time !!!

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Exchanges are only considered if an error was made on Glam Xten Collection LLC's behalf.

SHIPPING / ORDER FULFILLMENT
Please allow 10-15 business days on all preordered units (this does not include weekends). Due to processing and shipping, when placing a custom preorder, please be advised that all sales are final! Refunds are not accepted for preorders whatsoever! If units are ready to ship they will be dispatched within 2 business days.
