I understand that Marie Rose Virtual Solutions is a boutique agency that matches providers with clients for project-based or ongoing services. I understand this is a contractor (1099) position and not an employee role. I understand all client work assigned to me through MRVS will be conducted under the agency's umbrella and I will represent the agency in all interactions with the client. I understand I will be required to sign a Contractor Agreement and NDA when matched with a client. I understand all billing and invoicing rendered to clients will be handled by MRVS. The agreed-upon payment for my services will be disbursed to me by the agency based on the terms outlined in the contract I will sign when matched with a client.
