Before You Book a Service – Please Read!

When booking a service, a non-refundable 10% deposit is included in the package price.

You have a TWO-HOUR WINDOW to cancel and receive a 90% refund of your total payment.
After the two-hour window, NO REFUNDS will be issued. However, you may reschedule your appointment.
Example: If a package costs $100, the non-refundable deposit is $10. If you cancel within two hours, you will be refunded $90. After two hours, no refund will be given, but rescheduling is an option.
