    Eligible nominees must be in good standing and have a zero balance for all EMPOA annual dues & fees no later than June 1st 2026. The deadline for electronic nominations will be 11:59pm on Thursday, April 30th 2026. Printable mail-in nomination forms must be postmarked no later than Friday, May 1st 2026. Printable mail-in nominations can be sent to: EMPOA Elections Committee PO Box 5049 Sevierville TN 37864.

  • By submitting my nomination, I affirm that I am an eligible member of the EMPOA in good standing and if elected, will execute my duties faithfully to my full capacity. I also confirm my obligation and ability to attend in person a minimum of 3 out 4 annual board meetings and will not be absent for 2 consecutive meetings throughout my tenure. I will conduct myself in accordance with parliamentary procedure as per Roger's rules and will adhere to the covenants and bylaws of this association. My intentions are to reinforce and uphold the association and the interests of its members in good standing first and foremost as I will seek no personal gain in my voluntary service.
