Delivery and Set-up

Delivery and Set-up will be the night before the event after 7PM or between 5 AM-7AM on the day of the event. **Time depends on our delivery schedule.** Pick-Up will be after7pm after dark to ensure a full 24 hr rental.

Don't hesitate to ask for an alternate set up or take down time! Additional days are prices at $35 per day. We are currently delivering to Hutto and most surrounding areas. There is a delivery fee added to areas outside of Hutto.

GET READY FOR YOUR DELIVERY

1.Please mow your yard 1-2 days before delivery.

2.Please keep lawn watered 24-48 hours before delivery. The more the better!

3.Please cancel lawn crew if necessary.

4.Please do not mow, edge or blow grass/weeds once installed as this can damage signs.

5.There is no refund if we are unable to stake the signs due to hard ground.

Please Do Not:

1.Do Not move, remove or rearrange signs

2.Do Not hang on, pull up, sit on, lean on or push down on the signs

3.Do Not encourage or allow children, pets or anyone to spill food/drinks, urinate, draw on or play with the signs.

4.Do Not take down, attempt to take down or dispose of the yard sign

Terms & Conditions:

This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering your Yard greeting. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

PAYMENT : Payment is due at time of booking to confirm rental date, and payment must clear within 24 hours of delivery. Texas state sales tax of 6.25% will be added to all invoices. Payment information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

CANCELLATIONS: In the event that you need to cancel your yard sign order prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund 1⁄2 of your payment, or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund.

RUSH ORDERS: Rush and same-day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:

Orders placed within 24 hours of requested event day are not guaranteed

Order will be refunded if location is unable to complete order

INCLEMENT WEATHER: We will not be able to deliver your Yard greeting if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and or takedown. In the event of prohibitive weather or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting, a refund will be honored.

REFUND POLICY: We will not refund payment if homeowner requests greeting to be removed. We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submission.

The price includes delivery, set up, and takedown of the Yard greeting.

All Yard greetings are meant to be pleasant surprises. Please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements. Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the yard greeting.

All signs remain the property of A.O.S.& C. Any damage, destruction, or tampering with the Yard signs is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent from the owner. You are responsible for the replacement of the graphic, letter, or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced.

A.O.S.&C reserve the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful, or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business.

We begin installing greetings after 7 PM, and pickup the following evening after 7:00PM. Please let us know if you have a special time constraint, and we will do our best to accommodate you if we can. ****

Please do not attach balloons or anything else to any part of the display. If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we arrive. Please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground. WE WILL CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $50 IF SIGNS ARE MOVED. We reserve the right to photograph your yard card and use it for marketing or any other purposes. (We will not show your address) All yard card setups include small advertising sign for All Occasions Signs & Creations. This may NOT be removed.
