To begin the planning process, a nonrefundable Research & Planning Investment is required:
$50 for new clients
$25 for returning clients
This covers:
Researching and recommending flights, accommodations, and travel options
Creating a customized quote based on your needs
Staying up to date on airline rules and destination requirements
Support throughout the planning phase

🚨 Disruption Care (When Needed)
If unexpected travel changes occur (such as cancellations, airline schedule changes, or last-minute rebooking), Disruption Care support may apply.
Disruption Care is billed as a one-time fee aligned with your selected service level and covers additional coordination and airline/vendor advocacy.
👥 Group Travel & Guest Management Fees
Planning group travel requires additional coordination to ensure everyone’s details, payments, and documents are handled smoothly. To cover this extra support, I apply the following group management fees:
Group Trip Setup (6+ travelers): $100 per group
(Covers initial setup, communication systems, group coordination, and consolidated invoicing.)
Additional Guest Added to an Existing Trip: $25 per traveler
Airline Ticketing / Seat Upgrade Monitoring: $25 per traveler
