      At SoloBo Consults: Travel & Tips, every trip is designed with care, strategy, and personalized attention.

      To begin the planning process, a nonrefundable Trip Design & Planning Investment is required:

      $50 for new clients
      $25 for returning clients

      Researching and recommending flights, accommodations, and travel options
      Creating a customized quote based on your travel needs
      Reviewing airline guidelines and destination requirements
      Dedicated support during the initial planning phase
      ⏱️ Your initial trip proposal will be delivered within 4–7 business days


      🔑 How It Works:
      This initial investment allows me to thoughtfully design your trip.

      If you choose to move forward with full planning, your investment will be applied toward your selected service tier.

      ✨ Elite Voyager — $300 per trip
      👑 Concierge-Level Planning Experience

      Includes:
      • VIP concierge planning
      • Unlimited revisions
      • Upgrade monitoring
      • Exclusive experience recommendations

      Travelers who want a fully managed, high-touch planning experience.


      🚨 Disruption Care (When Needed)
      If unexpected travel changes occur (such as cancellations, airline schedule changes, or last-minute rebooking), Disruption Care may apply.

      This is a one-time support fee aligned with your selected service tier and covers additional coordination and airline/vendor advocacy.


      👥 Group Travel & Guest Management
      Planning group travel requires additional coordination to ensure a seamless experience for all travelers.

      Group Trip Setup (6+ travelers): $100 per group
      (Covers setup, communication systems, coordination, and invoicing)

      Additional Guest Added: $25 per traveler

      Airline Ticketing / Seat Monitoring: $25 per traveler

      The non-refundable retainer fee is good for ONLY 48 hours after itinerary has been sent.

      The non-refundable retainer fee includes:

      • 2 itinerary and package searches to find the best quote that is within your budget;
      • pre-trip travel tips and advisories;
      • email/phone assistance during your travel;
      • post-trip follow-up.
