To begin the process, we charge a non-refundable research investment of $75, which covers the time, strategy, pre-departure gift, and expertise involved in crafting your custom travel experience.

$40 due only if you decide to move forward with booking your trip

This investment includes:
- Researching and recommending the best properties and travel options for you
- Creating a custom quote tailored to your travel needs and preferences
- Staying up to date with changing travel policies, airline rules, and destination entry requirements
Your quote will be ready within 4–7 business days, and you’ll have the opportunity to select a service tier that matches your travel style and support needs.

If you choose to book with us, a service fee will be added based on your selected tier. This fee is separate from the $75 research investment and is calculated as a percentage of your total trip cost (e.g. airfare, accommodations, tours).

You will only be invoiced this fee once you approve your quote and confirm your booking.
