Thank you for your interest in Jefferson County Communities That Care (Jeffco CTC). The window to submit an Interest Form for the 2026 Youth Town Hall Planning Team has closed.

You are welcome to complete the form below if you are interested in joining our next session, Data and Priorities, beginning in October 2026. Once you complete the form, someone from Jeffco CTC will be in touch with instructions on how to fill out a Participation Agreement.
