Requirements

• Must have basic office supplies, equipment, and software needed to conduct your RE needs? (computer/laptop, phone, email, Supra, Etc.)
• must be professional at all times when dealing with clients
• Wear appropriate clothing when meeting clients
• Must abide by all RE Commission rules and regulations for state laws regarding RE practice’s
• Must abide by DIR rules and regulations for company practices and policies
• strong sales and closing skills & experience A Plus and preferred
• Active real estate license Required to conduct transactions
• Full-time availability Preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation

License/Certification: Real Estate License
Commission based position (Independent Contractor) you get paid based on closings.

This is a remote position, no office visit required at the moment. (this could change in the future)
