PROCESS:
The Meramec Valley Owners Association will review entries. Vendors will be notified of acceptance.
VISIBILITY:
Food truck space is located at the front of the campground. Our members and camping guests will pass the location when entering or leaving the campground and when accessing amenities and swimming pools.
Spaces are:
ELECTRIC: $100.00 (non-refundable) for the entire holiday weekend. $75 for partial or non-Holiday weekends.
NO ELECTRIC: $50.00 (non-refundable) for the entire holiday/non-holiday weekend or partial weekend.
PLEASE NOTE:
If applicable, Food vendors are responsible for obtaining any permits for Cuba, MO (Crawford County) within two weeks prior to the holiday weekend and provide a copy to mvoaboardofdirectors@gmail.com.

1. Food trucks are needed for holiday and non-holiday weekends to service public campers and our members. As a convenience, patrons are primarily camping families with children who prefer to remain in the campground for their meals rather than go to town. Menu items should cater to adults and children alike.
A menu or list of food & beverages served should be uploaded below.
2. Electricity is available. Vendors must use their own extension cords. Hook up to electric is up to 100 ft. from the location.
3. All vendors agree to hold harmless Meramec Valley Owners Association and all staff against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims, or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss or theft due to said vendor's participation in any events at Meramec Valley Campground & RV Park.
4. In addition, all food truck vendors acknowledge that the Meramec Valley Owners Association will NOT provide or maintain insurance coverage for vendors, persons or property and it is their sole responsibility to obtain insurance covering such loss.
5. Meramec Valley Owners Association in no way endorses any food truck vendor's merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All vendors are deemed to be their own business/entity and in no way reflect the views, beliefs, intentions and/or direction of Meramec Valley Campground & RV Park. Vendors do not represent Meramec Valley Campground & Rv Park in any way.
6. All merchandise bought or sold at Meramec Valley Campground & RV Park is deemed to be a transaction strictly between vendors/sellers and attendees/buyers. Meramec Valley Owners Association is not party to or responsible in any way for any transactions made between said parties.
7. Food truck fees must be paid prior to arrival with confirmation of payment received.
8. Vendors are invited to reserve a campsite for overnight stay by visiting the Meramec Valley Campground & RV Park website at https://meramecvalleycampground.com/ or utilize hotel space in Cuba, MO.
