Our Center offers two basic services:
1. Reporter Model Testing: This option uses fluorescent reporter mice to evaluate the biodistribution and efficiency of novel genome editing strategies. It is particularly suited to testing novel delivery reagents.
2. Disease Model Testing: This option uses mouse strains carrying spontaneous, induced or engineered mutations that mimic clinically-relevant pathologies. Genome editing strategies can be evaluated for specificity, effectiveness and safety.
After choosing, you will be directed to a new page to fill in more details regarding your proposed testing. Please be as complete as possible, but filling in all the boxes is not mandatory for submission. After submission, GETC staff will contact you to discuss your proposed testing.
