At Dogs Go, we’re committed to creating a safe and joyful space for dogs and their people. However, as with any off-lead, multi-dog environment, there are inherent risks which cannot be eliminated. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone, we ask that all visitors read and accept the following before entering the Bark Park®.
General Waiver of Risk
By entering today, you acknowledge that attending a multi-dog, off-lead event—indoors or outdoors—carries potential risks, including but not limited to:
Dogs may accidentally bump into or knock you over.
Surfaces may be slippery, wet, muddy, or uneven.
Dogs may dig holes that present trip hazards.
Dogs may behave unpredictably around people and other dogs, including pulling, jumping, or biting.
If there is a swimming pool, splash area, or natural water feature, there is a risk of drowning, near-drowning, or water inhalation (secondary drowning). Owners are solely responsible for supervising their dogs around water.
Dogs may attempt to eat vegetation, soil, mushrooms, grass cuttings, berries, or other foreign objects, which may cause illness. Owners are solely responsible for preventing this.
Play equipment (including soft play and bouncy castles) is for dogs only and must never be used by adults or children.
For safety reasons, we do not recommend our events for small children, infants, pregnant women, elderly individuals, or anyone who may be unsteady on their feet.
Bark Park® Rules
Entry is strictly at your own risk. Off-lead dogs may run at speed and behave unpredictably. Dogs must not be allowed to eat vegetation, toys, mushrooms, mud or anything. Dogs must be supervised at all times.
You are fully responsible for your own dog(s) and must leash and intervene if your dog displays behaviour that causes distress or risk to another dog or person.
Not all dogs are suited to busy, off-lead environments. If you observe inappropriate behaviour not being managed, please notify a staff member.
No un-neutered males over 12 months are permitted.
Fixating behaviour (relentless, non-reciprocal pursuit of another dog) is not allowed.
Humping is not allowed.
Pinning down or overly rough play is not allowed.
Dogs must not be left unattended at any time, including near water.
Important Information
If you choose to bring children, they must be closely supervised and remain under your control at all times.
All play equipment, toys, logs, and water features are strictly for dog use only. These are not safe or suitable for adults or children.
The ground may be uneven and could contain holes dug by dogs.
While every effort is made to secure our site, due to the outdoor nature of Bark Parks®, we cannot guarantee your dog will not find a way to escape.
Additional risks may include:
Unexpected or reactive behaviour from other dogs.
Inexperienced or negligent handling by other owners.
Natural canine behaviours such as pulling, jumping, or sudden movement.
General risks associated with outdoor environments and animal interactions.
Confirmation of Understanding
By purchasing a ticket and entering the Bark Park®, I confirm that:
I have read and agree to the Bark Park® Rules and Important Information above.
I accept full responsibility for myself, my party, and my dog(s).
I acknowledge that we enter at our own risk and agree to release Dogs Go Group Ltd from liability for any injury, illness, damage, loss, or expense sustained during our visit, including from drowning, water inhalation, ingestion of vegetation, soil, mushrooms, grass cuttings, berries, or other foreign objects, except where liability cannot be lawfully excluded.
I understand this waiver applies to today’s visit and any future visits to the Bark Park®.
