    The program duration is 8 months (from May 2026 to January 2027).  You will self-organize your meetings, either in person or digitally, together with your Mentor.

  • The mentoring relationship is led and guided by YOU, the mentee. This means you need to set the topics, organise the meetings with your mentor, share your goals and follow up. We encourage you to take the lead in your mentoring relationship and own your professional development journey.

  • I AUTHORIZE the storage of personal data and photographs in the archives of the PWN Milan Association and their use solely for the purposes of implementing and promoting the 2025 PWN Mentoring Program, to which I have adhered by submitting the Application Form, of which this release and privacy notice are an integral part. 

    This authorization does not allow the use of personal data and images in contexts that could harm my personal dignity or reputation, nor for uses and/or purposes other than those specified above, outside the scope of the 2025 PWN Mentoring Program. I specify that the use of the images is to be considered free of charge.

    I AUTHORIZE the PWA Association (PWN Milan), headquartered at Via Castel Morrone 1/A, 20129 - Milan, Tax Code 021151140960, to publish images of myself—pursuant to Article 10 of the Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97 of Law no. 633/1941—on the website www.pwnglobal.net and the PWN Milan page on LinkedIn in the section related to the 2025 PWN Mentoring Program.
