·        Any goods sent to Positive Sports Solutions without this warranty claim form completed in full as well as the attachments requested above, will be returned immediately at your own expense.

·        Positive Sports Solutions will collect and return approved warranty claims at no charge. Denied warranty claims will be charged for collection and delivery.

·        Products are sent in at your own risk, Positive Sports Solutions will not be held liable for any damage or loss.
