Individual (Primary Member)
- Administrative Fee: $75.00
- Annual Membership Fee: $100.00 or $50 if attending new member orientation after July 1st
- Ages 18 and up

Membership Information
- Club meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month (except December) starting at 7:00 P.M. Our December meeting is held on the third Sunday starting at 1:00 P.M. Officers for the coming year are elected at the December meeting.
- All new memberships are conditional for the first two years during which time eight (8) hours of work per year, for each of the two years of conditional membership, must be performed (16 hours total). This work time may include club scheduled workdays and also includes scoring, kitchen, target pit duty, etc. at club matches.
- The one-time administrative fee is $75.00. Current Annual dues are $100.00. New membership dues are $50 if the new members attend orientation after July 1st . Juniors' membership are $25.00 per year. All dues are subject to change by the Executive committee on a yearly basis and should be verified with the membership secretary.
- Payment of dues is the responsibility of each club member and is due by December 31 st for the following year. Any renewals after this deadline will be assessed the following fees:
  - January - $25 late fee
  - February - $50 late fee
  - March 1 st & later - $75 late fee
- Sponsors of new members are responsible for that new member's conduct and continued range safety education. A sponsor's continued membership in the club could be terminated, along with the new member, if that new member demonstrates unsatisfactory conduct and/or range safety procedures. We want to make sure that new members feel welcome and safe.
- All members must show proof of current membership in the National Rifle Association, Firearms Policy Coalition or Gun Owners of America in order to maintain membership in the Seitzland Rifle Club. Please provide a photocopy of your current membership card when submitting payment for the annual dues.
- Membership dues, volunteer activity, member demographics and enrollment in gun support organizations can be updated by the member on our online portal. https://seitzlandrifleclub.springly.org/
- All Club communication is via email, so please ensure your contact information is correct in the above portal and that you receive the monthly newsletter / minutes. If you don’t see this monthly email, check your spam folder and whitelist our email address: seitzlandrifleclub@gmail.com

Thank you for completing the Seitzland Rifle Club Membership Application. After you press submit, you will get an automated email where you can download your application in PDF format. You MUST print this out and bring it to a future Monthly Meeting. These meetings are held at Seitzland Rifle Club on the First Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM, except in December. December's meeting is on the Third Sunday at 1:00 PM.

It is your responsibility to present your application to a member of the orientation committee. When you arrive at the meeting, the executive board will be at the head table. Please introduce yourself and we'll point you to the right person for application submission.
