This agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by Playa Sonrisa (Hotel) located at Km 7 Camino Costero, 77970 Xcalak, Q.R., Sonrisa Ventures LLC a Montona LLC and named Travel Agent/Advisor as noted above.
1. Services Provided by Travel Agent/Advisor
The Travel Agenct/Advisor agrees to promote and market the Hotel's accommodations & private events to potential guests and to facilitate the booking of rooms at the Hotel
2. Commission
The Hotel agrees to pay the Travel Agent/Advisor a commission of 10% of the total room charges for each room booked through the Travel Agents/Advisor efforts. The commission shall be calculated based on the net room rate only and shall not include taxes, service charges, food, beverages, or any other ancillary charges. This applies to individual bookings, group bookings and retreat bookings* (EXCEPTION: Retreats & Groups All-Inclusive Packages hosted by Playa Sonrisa booking commission will be paid on total package price.)
3. Payment Terms
Payment of the commission shall be made by the Hotel to the Travel Agent/Advisor within 30 days after the guest's departure from the Hotel. The Hotel shall pay via Paypal onfile.
4. Booking Options
- Travel Agent/Advisor can reach out to Hotel to make reservations on behalf of their clents
- Travel Agent/Advisor can make bookings online for their cleints but must enter their full name with ID in the referred by section of the reservation.
- Your clients may also book on their own behalf and as long as they enter your full name (with ID preferred) in the referred by section.
- You will recevie commission for the booking in any of the above senerios
- For private retreats you refer to us, you just need to introduce us to a Retreat Host to get credit and receive commission on the total pacakge price.
5. Booking Confirmation
The Hotel shall provide the Travel Agent/Advisor with timely confirmation of all room bookings made through the Travel Agent/Advisor efforts.
6. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence on the date first above written and shall continue until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montana where Sonrisa Ventures LLC is legally regisited.
