    *Midgett & Fite may use part of the $300 turned in with this application to run credit, criminal, and background checks 

    *Landlords, employers, and creditors may release information to Midgett & Fite regarding tenancy, employment, income, and credit

    *Your credit report may be pulled by Midgett & Fite for the evaluation of this application

    *IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND TO REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION WITHIN 24 HOURS, MIDGETT & FITE HAS THE RIGHT TO REJECT YOUR APPLICATION AND KEEP THE REMAINDER OF THE $300.

    *If your application is ACCEPTED, you will be required to sing a lease, and if you back out, you will forfeit the remainder of the $300 IN FULL.
