The Spencer T. O'Neal Scholarship Application

The Spencer T. O'Neal Scholarship was created in memory of Spencer T. O'Neal, who lived and breathed Leadership. He was the founder of Global Impact Christian Ministries in Stockbridge, GA. Pastor Spence, as he was affectionately known, was a dedicated community leader who served in many roles in Henry County and throughout. He was committed to education and leadership growth.

Applicants must be members of Global Impact Christian Ministries who are currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate program. They must have demonstrated leadership on campus or in the community during the 2025-2026 School Term.

Member of Global Impact Christian Ministries

Undergraduate Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student who has completed at least 12 credit hours.
