Trial Visit Expectations
*ID tags will remain on the animal at all times.
*In the event of a medical emergency with the pet, Roane County Paws will be contacted immediately.
*The animal will be kept indoor, within a safe enclosure, or leashed at all times.
*The animal will be provided good care including: adequete shelter from inclimate weather, proper food, fresh water, and excercise/enrichment during the trial period.
* I understand that this animal is in good health, up to date on vaccinations, and heartworm negative.
* I agree at the end of the trial period, the adoption agreement will be completed and adoption fee paid OR the animal will be returned to Roane County Paws.
* I agree that Roane County Paws will not be held liable for any damage, injury, or harm incurred during the trial period.
* I agree to maintain contact with a Roane County Paws representative during the trial visit period.
