RSA Email Forums Signup & Selection Form

Signup for Email Forums. Or add additional Email Forums.
RSA has created email discussion forums for RSA member library staff. These email forums allow you to share information with other RSA members, ask questions, propose solutions, and provide feedback to RSA Staff and the RSA Board of Directors.

All email forums are provided by Simplelists and come from the email domain: @librariesofrsa.simplelists.com. Please whitelist this domain in your email client.

Most email forums also have an archive of previous discussions available to review. To access the archives of the forums you are subscribed to, go to https://librariesofrsa.simplelists.com and enter the email you are subscribed with. Simplelists will send you a one-time access link allowing you to view the archived conversations in your forums.

These email forums will be a primary method of intra-member discussion and targeted information sharing from RSA staff.

All Library Staff will be signed up for the RSA Information email forum which will replace the current listserv coming from MailChimp.

All Library Staff will also be signed up for the Outages and Maintenance email forum which will be used to announce system upgrades and issues.

Please fill out your information, then select which email forums you would like to be signed up for. An RSA staff member will add your contact information to create your account in Simplelists, or update your forum memberships based on your selections if you already have a Simplelists account.

This form will be hosted on the RSA Support Site, Get In Touch menu item. If you wish to subscribe to more email forums in the future, just fill out the form again and select the forum(s) you want to be added to.

If you subscribe to a list and find it is not helpful for you, unsubscribing is easy. You can unsubscribe from one or more email forums the following ways:
- Click the 'Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email from the forum.
- Email help@rsanfp.org and provide your email address and the names(s) of the forums you wish to be unsubscribed from.
- Go to https://librariesofrsa.simplelists.com, enter your subscribed email address, then open your email and click the one-time entry link from Simplelists to see the list of forums you are subscribed to. You can unsubscribe to one or more lists from this page.
