If vendor has any questions or concerns, please email babesdoingbusinessfl@gmail.com *Please note: Completing this form does NOT guarantee vendor a space at any Babes Doing Business FL events. Acceptance will be based on meeting criteria and based on need in categories of business. 2. Please give Babes Doing Business FL 3 business days to review vendor application. If accepted, vendor will receive a formal acceptance email with a Vendor Agreement with payment instructions. Please sign ALL sections of the Vendor Agreement AND pay vendor fee by the due date written in the acceptance email. Vendor booth will be given to the next vendor in vendor industry if Babes Doing Business FL does not receive vendor payment within 48 hours of vendor acceptance. Please be sure to also monitor vendor junk inbox for Babes Doing Business FL emails. Vendor WILL NOT receive a reminder email to pay vendor fee. 3. IF WAITLISTED: This means vendor industry has reached capacity for the Babes Doing Business FL event. Vendor will not receive a number for the waitlist. However, vendor will receive an email notifying vendor was added to the waitlist. The waitlist is used up to the day of the event and vendor will be notified if a booth becomes available. 4. Vendor MUST have a presence on Facebook (personal or business). Private vendor forums are created for each event. This is where maps, instructions, and other details are provided for that specific event.

By singing this form, vendor understands this does NOT constitute a booth at a Babes Doing Business FL event and that upon approval, payment must be submitted separately (if accepted.) Once approved, vendor has 48 hours to complete the Vendor Agreement and payment, or vendor’s spot will be passed on to the next vendor in the same industry. If the Vendor Agreement is not completed within 48 hours of approval, vendor will have to complete a NEW application.
