Although it is impossible to list every potential risk and complication, the following conditions are recognized as contraindications for PMU and must be disclosed and discussed with the specialist prior to treatment. Please make sure to THOROUGHLY READ over the list prior to making your appointment to avoid having your service cancelled. Please dress comfortably. You will be laying down for about 2-3 hours. Please eat something before your appointment so you can rest and relax during the process. You can bring earbuds to listen to your own music during the procedure if you wish. Please come to your appointment ALONE (no kids or visitors allowed).

The procedure can take about 3-4 hours. I take my time with each client and work very diligently to ensure the best results possible.

Yes. I am 5x certified, licensed in the state of North Carolina as a permanent makeup artist.

It all depends on your pain tolerance. Everyone has a different level of sensitivity but I always apply topical anesthetics (numbing) during the treatment to alleviate any sensation or discomfort. Don’t be frightened by the sound of the machine. Most of my clients on a scale of 1-10 for discomfort say a 2 or 3..

To insure great results, every brow procedure requires two sessions: The initial session and the touch-up. This is required because each person heals differently and pigment retention is not guaranteed. - Touch ups must be 6 weeks after the initial procedure. - Depending on how well the pigment holds, multiple touch up sessions may be required. -Changes can be made at the touch-up appointment (darken brows, color evenness throughout the brow, slight shape changes). - Brows may not last AS long without the touch-up session.

If you have contact lenses please bring your contact lens holder and solution so they can be removed during the service or if you you wear contacts I would suggest taking them out prior to your appointment since I will be working in the area close to your eyes. If you have glasses please wear glasses since they are removable.

Allergic reactions can occur from any anesthetics used during the procedure. If you do suffer from an allergic reaction, you should contact your doctor immediately. Allergic reaction response may show through redness, swelling, rash, blistering, dryness or any other symptoms associated with an allergic reaction.Numbness – We cannot accept responsibility if the area to be treated does not respond to the numbing cream. Each individual is different according to skin type. Some clients report the area to be completely numb, while others may experience some discomfort. Procedure – For PMU, a numbing cream/gel is used. The products are formulated to be perfectly safe and can be purchased over the counter from any pharmacy/chemist. The anesthetic is placed over the treatment area after the first pass. The numbing agent used is effective on broken skin. It needs to set 1-2 mins for effectiveness. As a result of the treatment, combined with the use of the anesthetic, you can expect to experience some redness/swelling that can last 1-4 days. You should always follow your post procedure advice and after care for the best results.

A color boost is necessary as your permanent makeup will fade over time. In the same way your permanent hair color fades so does your permanent makeup. When you come back for your color boost, we will tweak your brows by adding more color and definition, so they look refreshed.

Color Boost on non-virgin brows/previous work from another brow artist, foreign brows (12-18 months) $285/$300 at Brow Artist DISCRETION. Over 18 months will become decided upon Brow Artist DISCRETION..

Color Boost Non-Virgin Brows can start at $144. 50 (deposit) varies at Brow Artist discretion.
