      • Sponsorship on event website for an entire year
      • On-site display space for your business (10x10)
      • Company banner at the harbor during the festival (provided by you) and name on sponsor banner on the amphitheater stage (provided by event organizer)

    • Benefits of sponsoring the Smokin' HOT Kid's Zone level includes the following: 

      • Sponsorship on event website for an entire year.
      • Company banner at the harbor during the festival (provided by you) at your preferred location and name on sponsor banner on the amphitheater stage (provided by event organizer)
      • 4 admission tickets, VIP table for 4 during the event, 4 VIP wristbands for beer garden

    • Benefits of sponsoring at the Smokin' HOT VIP Sponsor level includes the following:

      • Sponsorship on event website for an entire year
      • MC mention during the bands (minimum 2 times)
      • 2 admission tickets and 2 VIP wristbands for beer garden
      • 2 free tshirts
    • Smokin' HOT Non-profit or individual partner benefits $50 (unlimited) 

    • Benefits of sponsoring at the Smokin' HOT non-profit or individual level includes the following:

      • 2 admission tickets and 2 VIP wristbands for beer garden
      • One free event tshirt
    • Smokin' HOT In-kind donations 

    • Benefits of sponsoring at the Smokin' HOT in-kind donations level includes the following:

      • Donation of items may be in lieu of/or in combination of monetary donations for sponsorship at the discretion of the contest organizer/committee.  For example, donations of Kid’s Zone games, etc.

    • For sponsors promised logo recognition, the logo submission deadline is July 15, 2025. If a logo is not submitted by the deadline, the Harborfest committee will print the name of the sponsor in all materials. Please submit a high-quality PNG or JPG image to ensure your logo appears correctly on all materials.
