    • Certificate Request 
    • Level Up Academy guarantees to provide a student with the appropriate AQF certification documents within 30 calendar days after the student has been evaluated as having met all the requirements of the training program, provided that the program is complete and all the tuition fees and other fees owed to the Albright Institute by the student have been paid.

    • By submitting this application, I confirm that I am the person named above and request Level Up Academy to send my Certificate to the nominated email address.

    • Students who have completed the requirements for a qualification offered by Level Up Academy are entitled to receive a certificate.

    • Please note that Level Up Academy will verify your payments prior issuing the testamur / academic transcript.

    • Your Order

    • You can order a digital or hard-copy testamur / academic transcript using this Request form. Both copies are equally authentic and valid. Digital copies will be sent to you in an email and hard copies will be posted out to your campus.

    • Lost or Damaged Testamur/Academic Transcript

    • Please be advised that: Level Up Academy will charge AUD $50 fee to re-issue a certificate, a transcript, or a statement of attainment.

    • Request Study holidays in General English 
      • General English Holidays request needs to be received by Wednesday of every week if the request start date is from the next week.
      • The result of the request will be given by the end of the week if applied by Wednesday.
      • General English Holidays requests received on/after Thursday will be proceeded the following week.
    • Refund Request 
    • *Students with extenuating circumstances preventing them from attending scheduled course dates can transfer their fees to the next course or receive refunds for unused fees with supporting evidence. The CEO will assess each case individually.

    • Please note, that an Admin Fee (Non-refundable) of $550 is applicable for refund administration to assess and process your request as per our Non-Tuition Fees and Charges.

      If you have already paid the admin fee for withdrawal, you do not have to pay again.
