Real Originate is a way for agents to participate in the loan transaction as a licensed mortgage loan officer. Agents may inquire with One Real Mortgage about its Real Originate program by submitting the form below. Real Originate loan officers must maintain mortgage loan originator licensing through the NMLS, be part time W2 employees of One Real Mortgage and sponsored by One Real Mortgage in the NMLS. Each Real Originate loan officer is compensated based on the performance of work done on each loan. Such compensation is governed by the applicable loan originator compensation agreement.
