Vendor Table Request Form

Please complete the form to be considered for a vendor table at one of our festivals. In an effort to curate the offerings at the event and ensure a more successful vending experience, our Vendor Village committee will review the applicants and make selections based on type of offering/product/service. We have learned from past experience that having too many of one type of offering leads to less sales for those vendors. Our mission as a nonprofit organization is to increase both the awareness and access to 'body-mind-spirit' providers/vendors, while also working to increase the success of each of you.

NOTICE: We try our best to support the community that supports us. We send notices of availability and make our selections in the following order:

FIRST: To vendors/providers listed on the AWAKE Provider Directory. Reminder, ProviderPlus members get 11% off their booth rental. If you are not listed on the Directory and would like to be, you can do so here: www.awakeonenesstribe.org/get-listed
SECOND: To vendors/providers that have had tables at our past events

NOTE: BEGINNING IN 2025, THE VENDOR VILLAGE AT ONENESS FEST WILL BE FREE TO THE PUBLIC. WE WANT TO EXPAND COMMUNITY AWARENESS AND PARTICIPATION. WE WILL CONTINUE LOOKING FOR WAYS TO DRIVE ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC TO OUR VENDORS.

ALSO, YOUR VENDOR BOOTH WILL INCLUDE ACCESS TO SATURDAY EVENING'S ENTERTAINMENT LINEUP AND SUNDAY EVENING'S CLOSING CEREMONY.

OUR ORGANIZATION DECIDED TO POSTPONE OUR FALL, WINTER & SPRING FESTIVALS IN ORDER TO FULLY FOCUS ON DEVELOPING ONENESS FEST INTO THE BEST POSSIBLE EVENT. WITH SIX MONTHS OF PLANNING DEDICATED EXCLUSIVELY TO ONENESS FEST, WE ARE EXCITED FOR ALL THE AMAZING THINGS TO COME!

30-min Vendor Classes are $22

This year we have moved the Vendor Classes to a special area that will contain the Kids Korner, Food Trucks and Picnic Pavilion. It will consolidate the folks not in the Vendor Village and have a much higher participation for the classes. Also, parents will be able to watch their children playing nearby while attending a class.

We will provide a 6' folding table, two chairs, a large speaker and a wired microphone on a stand. Additionally, this year we are staffing a person singularly responsible for announcing via megaphone when the classes are beginning.
