    Mail registration forms or email them back to: Fran Gorbenko, fgorb@sasktel.net or Box 28, Arelee, SK  S0K 0H0. If you are not able to obtain a registration form from your church Women's Ministry leader or pastor, call Fran at 1.306.229.1610 if you need a form.

    Registration forms must be in by May 10th, otherwise, there will be an extra $10 charge.

    You can also submit your application with registration fees and specify any additional articles you'd like to order. If you want to join the paint night, please include the necessary funds. Kindly send the completed order form to fgorb@sasktel.net.
