Thank you for your Birthday Party reservation inquiry! For your convenience, we have provided the following guidelines for the birthday party process. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. All our packages include the exclusive use of the facility for the party attendees for the scheduled duration of the party.

To help make the day fun and stress-free, here are a few friendly tips:

Everyone (kids and adults) gets to rock their socks in the gym! Don’t worry-if anyone forgets, we have socks available for purchase: ($2.99 plus tax)

For safety, all guests under 18 will need a completed liability waiver before entering the gym.

The birthday child and their siblings are our special VIPs—they do not count toward your guest allowance. All other children under 18 will be included in your party head count.

To keep the gym safe and fun, food and drinks (including water bottles and bottled water) are enjoyed in the party room only.

You’re welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up—we’ll be happy to lend a hand!

Our back door is available to make unloading and setting up even easier.

We kindly request our guests to vacate within 10 minutes of the party's contracted end time to allow sufficient time to prepare the room and gym for the next family and/or event. Our We Rock team will assist you, and if you’d like a little extra time, additional cleanup time is available for $25 per 10 minutes.

For the safety of everyone, all gym equipment including swings, are for kids only.

Piñatas, glitter, and confetti are not allowed in the gym. However, we can provide a fun ballon drop for $95.00.

Children should always be supervised by parents or legal guardians.

If you are contracting any character service, any external entertainment or birthday planner, please let us know in advance. They will be required to provide a copy of their liability insurance(COI).

Decorations should be appropriate for the kids and age group.

You may bring your own food and drinks, however alcohol is not allowed.

What is Provided:

We provide all tables and chairs. Staff assistance is included. We will help you with table set up and clean up.

Bottled water, snacks, and drinks in the refrigerator are available for purchase.

Add-ons and/or special requests are available at an additional cost.
For the children's safety and well-being, we request that kids play first in the gym area and eat afterward. The last 30 minutes are used for singing happy birthday, cutting cake, eating, etc.

Additional Information:

We can reserve birthday parties up to 6 months in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible since spots do fill up quickly and some add-ons require additional coordination.

Liability release: For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I ( Fill name in box above) as a participant in birthday party or playdate on,( Fill date in box above) hereby grant the permission necessary to allow all children participating in activities at We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym.

I, in my own behalf and on behalf of children participating in my birthday party or playdate, further agree to release and hold harmless We Rock the Spectrum, and any other subsequent body on whose premises the activity will occur, the affiliates of the afore mentioned entities and/or individuals at We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym from any and all liability whether cause by negligence of the Releasees or otherwise for any claim judgment, loss, liability, costs, and expenses (including, without limitations attorney’s fee
and costs) arising out or connected with any illness or injury (minimal or serious) that participating children may incur or sustain during their time participating in all activities associated with We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym.

I further, expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Releasees and Releasees’ heirs, assigns, successors, executors, and administrators against loss from any further claims, demands, or actions that may account of damages of any character resulting to participating children in any way from the foregoing activities.

I, in my own behalf and on behalf of participating children, hereby warrant that I have read this Liability Release in its entirely and fully understand its contents. I, in my own behalf and on behalf of participating children, am aware that this Liability Release releases. Releasees from any and all liability and contains an acknowledgement of my voluntary and knowing assumption of the risk of injury or illness. I, in my own behalf and on behalf of participating children, have signed this document voluntarily and of my own free will.
All parents or guardians with minors attending the birthday party will need to sign a WRTS Customer Release of Liability, Indemnity Agreement, and Assumption of Risk Form.
