Wenatchee 2024 Clinic

THIS IS A 3 DAY CLINIC - It is advertised as a 2 day clinic everywhere so we do not get spectators on the first day.

Thank you for your interest in participating in a clinic. We are now doing 3 day clinics, with an application process. In the past Warwick has had many horses at clinics who were not ready to leave home, and were over threshold in that situation with no foundation to be able to help them, and he feels it is not fair to the horse.

We now have a questionnaire to fill out to tell us where you are up to with the very basics. Just because you apply does not mean you are accepted into the clinic. If you are not accepted into the clinic Warwick will email you with some videos to study (based on your answers to the questionnaire) to help you get those basics solid enough to build upon, or attend a clinic someday.

If you are accepted into the clinic Warwick will give you some videos to study and work on based on your answers to the questionnaire, so that you can get them perfected in the months leading up to the clinic. This allows us to get a lot more accomplished at the clinic.

Rider spots are reserved for current online video subscribers. Must have been a subscriber as of February 1, 2024.

By applying to participate with your horse, you agree to pay 1/2 of the clinic fee as soon as you are accepted.

Schedule:

Friday: No spectators - we will be working on preparing you for the next 2 days!

This will include some meditation, the mindset of interacting with your horse, training your horse and how to solve problems. It may even include how you get from the stall/pen to the arena (this might sound trivial but this is where Warwick sees most problems starting at clinics).

Sat-Sun: 3 people for 2 hours each, start time 8AM

Stalls/Camping

$25.00 per stall, per day/night, including the first bale of shavings, will be charged toparticipants needing overnight accommodations. All horses must be stalled. There is a $10.00 feeper stall to clean and sanitize the stall after departure paid to Appleatchee. Additional shavings areavailable for purchase from Appleatchee at the cost of $12.00 per bale.Camping - $30.00 per night per campsite for hookups and $20.00 per night for dry camping

Rider: $750.00USD per 3-day clinic**Online Video Library Subscriber or DVD subscriber only** Must have current subscription from Feb. 1, 2024 and maintained through to the clinic. http://videos.warwickschiller.com/ If not, you will forfeit your rider position and any money paid.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: $375USD Once you are accepted. The deposit (once accepted) guarantees your spot in the clinic.

CLINIC DEPOSITS ARE NON –REFUNDABLE, NON-CREDITABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE – NO EXCEPTIONS. Limited to 12 riders per clinic.

BALANCE: Balance payments are due approximately 60 days before the first day of the clinic (we will request this payment in an email), this includes any amount owing for stabling (unless otherwise indicated). CLINIC BALANCE PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE AND CAN ONLY BE APPLIED TO A CREDIT FOR FUTURE CLINICS.

Cancellations: If you cancel out of the clinic at any time, the deposit is forfeited – NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have already made your balance payment, an additional $50 USD administration fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be applied to a Warwick Schiller Attuned Horsemanship credit. Credits are valid for one calendar year and can be used to purchase Merchandise or applied to another clinic if space allows. If a rider or horse becomes unable to complete the clinic, no refund will be given as the Ride/Clinic host or instructor cannot be responsible for unforeseen problems & have prepaid for travel expenses. If you cancel your subscription before the clinic or are NOT ACTIVELY WATCHING videos (we have video analytics for each subscriber), you will not be allowed to ride in the clinic and you will not be refunded any monies paid.
