Assistance provided by the council is made possible by the support of generous donors to Friends of Scouting and our Annual Popcorn Fundraiser.
This form should be completed BY THE UNIT - not by the family or individual - and information must be kept strictly confidential.
Using this form, a UNIT in the W. D. Boyce Council may request a campership - financial assistance for a Scouting youth or adult to attend camp - within the council.

Important Notes:
- Camperships are ONLY available for Scouts and Scouters registered and residing in the W. D. Boyce Council to attend camps taking place in the W. D. Boyce Council.
- The individual must be currently registered as a member of the Boy Scouts of America.
- There must be a demonstrated need for assistance. Reasons why this camp fee cannot be afforded must be stated in "Rationale for Assistance."
- Explorers and Venturers ages 18-20 should be listed as youth.
- Unit and individual participation in council fundraising programs is strongly encouraged and will be considered.
- The individual, family and/or unit must be prepared to pay at least 50% of the fee.
- Incomplete forms will not be considered.
- Camperships may be granted only once in twelve months to any individual. A
- ll for whom financial assistance is requested will be locked into the "Early Bird" prices whether or not the request is approved.
- This form must be submitted by April 1 of the camping year for guaranteed consideration.
