SOPHE Advocacy Summit 2024 - Presenter Information
You must submit this form with all presenter information in order for your abstract to be considered for presentation in the SOPHE 2024 Advocacy Summit. As a reminder, all presenters and co-presenters must register for the full conference by Friday, September 5. If you do not register by September 5, 2024, SOPHE reserves the right to modify the program and re-assign your spot to another presenter. If you plan to have more than 4 total presenters, please email education@sophe.org. If you have any other questions, please email education@sophe.org
