Cheerleading Tryouts

Everyone makes a team. No experience required. We have a no cut policy. Please complete this for and submit the tryout fee of $25 each athlete.

Tryouts are held Saturday mornings at 10a, at 5640 Sunnyside Avenue, Suite E, Beltsville, MD 20705

Athletes should wear black shorts or leggings, black sports bra or tshirt. No jewerly is allowed. Hairs hould be pulled out of face.

Liability Waiver and Photo Release

I acknowledge that hazards are present in athletic activities including tumbling, dance, cheerleading, and other sports. Participation in such activities may result in injury. I authorize Royal Diamond Athletics, its officers, directors, staff members, and instructors thereof to obtain any emergency medical treatment and transportation that may become necessary. I agree Royal Diamond Athletics, its officers, directors, staff members, volunteers, and instructors thereof, shall not be liable for injuries and/or the costs. Royal Diamond Athletics will not be held liable as a result of consequences of any health care treatment , and I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from any such costs..I hereby grant Royal Diamond Athletics permission to use my or my minor's likeness in photographs and/or videos in any and all it’s publication, including press and website entries, advertisement, social media etc. without payment or any other considerations. I understand that these videos, pictures, publications etc are the property of the Royal Diamond Athletics and will not be returned. I irrevocably authorize the above mentioned to alter, edit, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing and promoting Royal Diamond Athletics and all functions held under that name. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my or my minors likeness appears.
