By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry. In response, I will receive an email/text with an appointment time and date option and a general price quote.

Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service.

Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be seen.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation without at least 24 hours notice, the client will be subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of the total service cost. This policy is put in place to compensate for the time and resources allocated for the scheduled service. It is important for clients to provide sufficient notice to avoid incurring any cancellation fees.

No Show Policy:

If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, they will be subject to a charge equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the service they were booked for. This policy is in place to compensate for the time and resources that were reserved for the client and went unused due to their absence. It is essential for clients to honor their scheduled appointments or provide timely notice of any cancellations to avoid incurring these charges.

Deposit Policy:

A $50 deposit is required to secure a booking for any color service with me. This deposit will be deducted from your total bill at the time of checkout. In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. I ask for this deposit to ensure that my time is respected and to minimize any potential loss of business due to last-minute cancellations.
