I will not communicate in any manner, directly or indirectly, the progress of the count, any preliminary results or any information about the count, Utah Code 20A-4-505. Violation of this policy is guilty of a third degree felony.
I will not reveal to another person who or what a voter has voted for or communicate to another person an opinion or impression of who or what a voter has voted for, Utah Code 20A-3a-806. Violation of this policy is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
