Details: By submitting this form, you understand participating in a review committee requires: *Reading each material assigned in its entirety *Working professionally in collaboration with committee members *Attending in-person meeting(s) as needed to complete the process *Committee total shall comprise of odd numbers when available. *Ideally committees should consist of no less than 3 employees and 2 community members.
