Retreat Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
A 10% discount applies when the full retreat investment is paid upfront at the time of booking. This discount is only valid if full payment is received in one transaction upon registration and is not applicable to payment plans.
OR
A holding deposit of $1,000 AUD is required to secure your place on the retreat. You may then pay the remainder over time (conditions below).
- 50% of the total retreat fee must be paid no later than four (4) months prior to the retreat start date.
- Full payment (100%) is required no later than two (2) months prior to the retreat start date.
Retreat pricing does not include flights, visas, travel insurance, airport transfers (unless specified), or personal expenses.
Travel Insurance (Mandatory)
Comprehensive travel insurance is strictly required for the entire duration of the retreat. Your policy must include coverage for:
Trip cancellation (for any reason)
Medical expenses
Personal injury
By booking, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own health, safety, and wellbeing throughout the retreat.
Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
In the case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, $1000 AUD of your deposit may be transferred to a future retreat (within 12 months).
If you cancel for any reason, you are responsible for seeking reimbursement through your travel insurance provider.
