Registration Policies:

Once you’ve registered for a BESLA program, you will receive a confirmation email.

BESLA registration fees include course written materials and scheduled meals/receptions, if applicable. They do not include housing, travel or personal expenses.

Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellations must be received in writing via email to info@besla.org no later than May 18, 2026 at 5pm ET/3pm PT. Registration fees are non-refundable. BESLA will issue credit to be used toward future BESLA programming in the next 12 months from the date of your cancellation. In order to transfer your credit, a written request to transfer must be sent to info@besla.org from the original purchaser's email address at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the transferred event. Credits for the 2026 Mid-Year Conference will expire on May 30, 2027.

Attendee Substitutions:
Substitute attendees are always welcome. Please email registration information for the substitute attendee to info@besla.org no later than May 18, 2026 at 5pm ET/3pm PT.

Image Release:
Your registration and attendance at this event indicates your consent to be recorded, photographed, and videotaped related to the event, and you irrevocably and perpetually authorize BESLA to copyright, publish, reproduce, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, digitize, display, otherwise use, and permit BESLA to use (i) your name, image, likeness, and voice, and (ii) all photographs, recordings, videotapes, audiovisual materials, writings, statements, and quotations of or by you obtained related to the recording of the event (collectively, the “Materials”),in any manner, form, or format whatsoever now or hereinafter created, and for any lawful purpose, including, the advertising or promotion of BESLA and/or the event without further consent from or payment of any kind to you. You understand that BESLA is under no obligation to use the Materials. You agree that all of the Materials, and all films, audiotapes, videotapes, reproductions, media, negatives, photocopies, and electronic and digital copies of the Materials are the sole property of BESLA and you further agree not to contest the rights or authority granted to BESLA hereunder.

BESLA may use your contact information to provide you with information on upcoming programs and member promotions. Please note that your email and/or mailing address may also be disseminated to BESLA sponsors for promotion purposes. In no event will BESLA share your telephone or facsimilie numbers.
