Cancellation Policy
Per the terms of your agreement, membership cancellation requires thirty (30) days notice to terminate your membership.

Cancellation Procedures
1. You must submit your membership cancellation request by completing this form.
2. Please submit the form at least 30 days prior to your next billing date.
3. Your request will be reviewed by management to ensure you are eligible for cancellation. Should you have time remaining on your current contract, you will be informed of the earliest date you are eligible for cancellation.
4. If eligible for cancellation, your request will be approved and you will be notified via email of your last billing cycle and termination date.
5. If you would like to rejoin at a future date, your membership will be based on the current standard rate.
