Ohio Valley Yearly Meeting Budget and Finance Committee will accept applications from their constituent monthly meetings' Presiding Clerk or Ministry and Counsel Clerk (a meeting may have a different name for the committee that performs Ministry and Counsel type of functions) requesting financial assistance for a member or regular attender of their meeting to attend OVYM Annual Sessions.
