I/We hereby give notice that I/we intend to vacate the above-mentioned property thirty days from the confirmed receipt by your office of this form. Should more than 30 days be required to fully vacate said premises and return the keys to the office located at 22700 Crenshaw Blvd., Torrance, CA 90505, it is agreed that an extension request must be completed in writing. It is understood that rent is due in full through the day that this notice expires or when the keys/remotes have been returned to the office, whichever is later. Security deposit, if any, may not be used as payment of last month’s rent or any rent balance.
All residents will vacate the premises, remove all belongings, and agree to not leave any unwanted items in the unit or the common area. It is agreed that if any unwanted items are left behind, there will be a fee charged against the tenant account for removal in addition to any other fees related to the move out. After all possessions are removed from the property, Pinnacle Property Management will be notified. If keys/remotes are not returned to the office during business hours thus resulting in office staff having to retrieve the keys from the unit, there will be a non-negotiable $85 fee charged to the tenant account.
Below is the forwarding address where the accounting closing statement and security deposit refund (if any) should be mailed within 21-days from the day of relinquishment of possession.
