As per our Remote Work policy, approvals will be reviewed periodically, particularly if the arrangement impacts productivity or connectivity. If an employee has performance or behavior issues, IMI may elect to no longer permit them to work remotely. The employee must change their remote work schedule to come into the office as required unless approved under ADA. All employees must understand that the arrangement does not alter IMI’s performance, attendance, and behavior expectations.
Our IT department will review your submission and contact you with any questions or concerns. Once approved, HR will notify you that you are eligible to work remotely.
