    APPLICATION FOR: NEW FAMILIES interested in joining COACH. In order that your application may be properly evaluated, it is essential that all of the following questions be answered carefully and completely. 

    Applications will not be processed unless completed in full and accompanied by all of the requested documentation.

    Our team will review your application and reach out to references. COACH is not associated with any particular denomination, but instead holds what we call an “Overall Christian Position”. Once a decision has been made you will be notified by the main email address provided. We reserve the right to deny any application for any reason. If we are full, then you will have the option of moving to our Waitlist.

    We deeply appreciate each of our families. Every year, we carefully evaluate our enrollment numbers and make decisions for the upcoming school year. Your Intent To Return (ITR) is crucial for us to plan effectively. If we do not receive your ITR by the deadline, we will offer your spot to families on our waitlist.

    At the end of each school year, we assess various factors including your family's contributions, commitment, adherence to our guidelines, and overall fit with our program. Based on this review, we reserve the right to not renew a family membership. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated as we strive to maintain a high-quality educational experience for all our students.

    The absence policy requires students, teachers and parents to maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80%.

    * Background checks will be required for ALL Adults*

  • Give three references. These people should have first-hand knowledge of your character, church and community involvement, and teaching ability.

  • WAIVER: RELEASE OF LIABILITY

  • Releases COACH Homeschool, a non-profit corporation organized, and existing under the laws of the State of Texas and each of its directors, officers, and agents. Volunteers provide services for COACH Homeschool and engage in activities related to serving as a volunteer by performing associated duties.  A Volunteer is defined as,  parents, teachers, or a Vendor that is participating in on site functions.  The volunteer is responsible for his/her own insurance coverage in the event of personal injury or illness as a result of volunteer services to COACH Homeschool. Contractors (Paid or donated) understand that the scope of a contractors' relationship with COACH Homeschool is limited to agreed position, duties and hours, and that compensation will be provided for agreed services provided by the contractor. The contractor is responsible for his/her own insurance coverage in the event of personal injury or illness as a result of services to COACH Homeschool    

    (1)  Waiver and Release:  I, the volunteer/contractor, release and forever discharge and hold harmless COACH Homeschool and each of its vendors, directors, officers, pratners, and agents and assigns form any and all liability, claims, demands of whatever kind of nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise for the services I, the volunteer/contractor, provide or my family members attending COACH Homeschool. I understand and acknowledge that this Waiver and Release discharges COACH Homeschool from and liability or claims that I may have against COACH Homeschool with respect to bodily injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from the services that I provide to COACH Homeschool or occurring while I am providing volunteer services or my family is attending a related COACH Homeschool event or activity.  

    (2)  Insurance:  Further, I understand that COACH Homeschool does NOT assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide me, the volunteer/contractor, or my family, with financial or other assistance, including  but not limited to medical health or disability benefits or insurance of any nature in the event of such injury or medical expenses incurred by me. 

    (3)  Medical Treatment:  I hereby release and forever discharge COACH Homeschool from any claim whatsoever which may arise or may hereafter arise on account of any first-aid treatment or other medical services rendered in connection with any emergency of me or my family members during my tenure as a volunteer COACH Homeschool.

    (4)  Assumption and Risk:  I understand that the services that I provide to COACH Homeschool may include activities that may be hazardous to me, including but not limited to any sports related activities, activities held at host families homes, animal related activites.  Also, bending and lifting of COACH Homeschool supplies and/or equipment.  I hereby expressly assume the risk of injury or harm from these activities and release COACH Homeschool from all liability for injury, illness, death or property damage resulting from the services that I provide as a volunteer or occurring while I or my family are attending a COACH Homeschool activity.  

    (5)  Other:  As a volunteer/contractor,  I expressly agree that this Waiver and Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state of Texas and that this Release shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.  I agree that in the event that any clause or provision of this Waiver and Release is deemed invalid, the enforceability of the remaining provisions of this release shall not be affected.

    This waiver remains active as long as I am a member or affiliated with COACH Homeschool ain any way including all COACH related campuses.

  • APPLICANT'S DECLARATION AUTHORIZATION AND RELEASE My answers on this application I provide are complete and true. I understand that the submission of any false or incomplete information in connection with my application, whether on this or other documents or in interviews, will be cause for the rejection of my application at any time. I authorize the COACH Homeschool and its agents to verify any information related to my application. I also authorize and direct individuals, schools, employers, and law enforcement or government officials to freely provide any information concerning my background, and hereby release any and all of them from any liability for doing so.

    By signing, I also agree to adhere to the COACH Statement of Faith & Handbook, and Dress Code.
